Recommendation by FREDERIC KAYROUZ

I have known Boubacar Dembele for many years and I would like to recommend him it is in his capacity of a social entrepreneur and his contributions to the local community of Reading, Berkshire. Boubacar is one of the most integer and genuine professional and social entrepreneur I have come across. Having joined his advisory board as the Reading School for the Future (RSF) business link advisor, I could only witness on a day-in day-out routine his dedication and relentless drive to lead the RSF project to a delivery. His vision and efforts are noble and commendable as he is personally.

His drive to contribute to his community and the shaping of the opportunities for the youth through education and learning, has led Boubacar throughout last year to invest himself financially and personally, while maintaining a paid teaching position, to the shaping and honing of a proposal for a free school (RSF). The latter in compliance with the UK government new legislation with regards to the viability studies and establishment of free schools, would had undoubtedly contributed successfully to the future of the local community of RG1 in Reading, Berkshire; that is its children.

Attempting to cover in a nutshell what he as a person and social entrepreneur through voluntary work have accomplished, would be taking away for the Herculean efforts Boubacar has invested to meet all governmental pre-requisites and submit within the required deadlines the Reading School for the Future completed application. I would strongly advise anyone interested in assessing Boubacar professional capabilities, enthusiasm and engagement to visit the link below which offers a detailed timeline for the RSF project he has masterminded, the free school application submitted as well as a dedicated repository for the latter. http://readingschool.info/default.aspx

I do recommend Boubacar Dembele for any position, where dedication, patience, perseverance and energy are required to implement and maintain new and efficient learning environments backed up by strong and balanced business acumen.
